The Philatelic Bureau of the Department of Posts have issued ten new postage stamps depicting The Sun, our Moon and the eight planets belonging to our Solar System

The Sun - Rs 7.00, Mercury - Rs 8.00, Venus - Rs 10.00, Earth - Rs 12.00, Our Moon - Rs 15.00, Mars - Rs 20.00 , Jupiter - Rs 25.00, Saturn - Rs 30.00, Uranus - Rs 35.00 and Neptune - Rs 40.00.
